For services involving testing, it typically takes about 2.5 weeks to receive results. Once they’re in, we’ll schedule a time to review them together and create a customized plan for your health journey.

Yes! I offer a range of package options for ongoing support, whether you’re looking for long-term nutrition coaching or a comprehensive program to optimize your health.

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% fee, and no-shows will be charged the full fee. Refunds are available for sessions canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice, but not for services rendered or missed appointments. Refunds for prepaid packages are only available within 7 days of purchase and if no sessions have been used. After 7 days, transfers to another service are possible.

A 3% processing fee is applied to all credit card transactions. We do not directly accept insurance, but you may submit your receipt for reimbursement.

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. A rescheduling fee may apply for late cancellations. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions or rescheduling.

The initial consultation involves a comprehensive assessment of your health history, lifestyle, and dietary habits. A personalized nutrition plan will be created. Follow-up sessions typically last 45-60 minutes.

The intake form is sent via email after booking and includes questions about your health history, dietary preferences, and goals. It must be completed before your consultation to ensure a tailored experience.

Late arrivals will still end at the originally scheduled time, and the full session fee will apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
